I went to OBI today and I met Mr Munir kobil who is working in customer service and speaks English perfectly and was extremely helpful during our visit. His guidance helped us a lot in purchasing all we need since we don’t speak any German and helped us with the right choices in the whole market.

We visited Obi as Americans visiting and the service, professionalism and good nature of Munir Kobil was outstanding! He went out of his way to make sure we found what we needed and didn't over-pay. Excellent service!

Very nice store with an extensive selection of products. Herr.Kobil was very nice and helpful and took the time to assist with a rather extensive list of items. I was surprised at the customer service and would definitely recommend visiting the store.

Kobil helped me so much. I wanted to rent a pressure washer and showed me what I needed to get. He went with me to every part of the store necessary. He had lots of patience and was an expert in what I needed to get today. His customer service is exceptional. Thank you so much!

Kobil was my hero today, he did not give up the search for a schlauch halter fur staub sauger. He searched everywhere despite the fact that he was soon to leave his shift. Fantastic!

way too happy to have this place in Tuebingen. it is always a good idea to scroll through the market there. I like the prices, not too cheap but much more affordable than others
